6 Days All inclusive Ibiza Retreat 17 t/m 22 May 2020

Imagine…you doing yoga and meditation at a magical place on Ibiza…feeling the sun on your skin while taking care of your mind and body. Sharing nutritious meals with people who share the same intention….finding that inner peace again, the calmth within themselves. Can you see it? Can you feel it? Come join us!

On the 17th of May you can check in from 12.00 hours at our beautiful Retreat villa. At 17.00 hours you’ll have your first Yin Yoga class and after that your first Meditation session. So after arrival you’ll have all the time to settle in first.

The Yoga classes will be teached by Louise Lieffering (@lousiselieffering). Louise is a professional and experienced Yoga instructor and specializes in Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga. The Yoga classes are for all levels. Louise also specializes in Reiki, which you can book, for a small price, for 30 or 60 minutes per day.
* Because Reiki is very intens there are just a few treatments per day possible.

The Meditation sessions will be teached by Ellen Hoffmans (@ellenhoffmans). Ellen is a professional Mindset Coach & Meditation Teacher. You will be teached a variety of Mediation techniques. There’s no need to have any experience with meditation.

During the Retreat you’ll get 1 hour 1 on 1 Mindset Coaching by Ellen. So if you have anything you’re struggling with in life, Ellen can help you! If you want more than 1 hour you can book an extra hour for a small price.

We’ll stay at a beautiful villa nearby San Carlos and Santa Eulalia and nearby the stunning beach Cala Nova (6 min. walk). The villa has a garden with forest and enough places to chill. There’s a spacious swimming pool with sunbeds. There is wooden yoga deck under the trees for the outdoor yoga sessions. Indoor sessions are also possible.

During the Retreat photos will be taken, which you can receive in your e-mail later on. This way you have a nice memory of this special trip.

As you can see, there’s enough time to go out in the afternoon to do your own thing…explore beautiful Ibiza, go to the beach, go for a hike or just chill at the pool. In the afternoon there is also time for Mindset Coaching. For everyone there’s 1 hour of 1 on 1 coaching by Ellen. If you would like to experience Reiki you can also book it in the afternoon.

A deposit of 30% of the full amount is requested. The deposit has to be payed within 7 days after receiving the invoice. After payment of the deposit your spot is secured. The rest of the full amount needs to be payed at least 5 April 2020.
